GTM Alignment Workshops

Sometimes the strategy is fine, but the alignment isn’t.

You might already know what's wrong: sales is telling one story, marketing another, and nobody's had the conversation that fixes it. A workshop puts the right people in a room and works through it directly, instead of waiting on a longer engagement.

Why do a workshop?

A facilitated working session with your team: diagnosing where the misalignment is coming from, and building toward a shared, working version of your narrative. Not a lecture, not a canned framework. Bring your team, bring the disagreements, leave with progress.

Formats

Half-day: Diagnostic For teams that need to name the problem first. We interview key stakeholders in advance, then run a half-day session surfacing where the story diverges and why, and whether the real disagreement is about ICP, messaging, or execution. Best for teams still deciding if this is a strategy problem or a communication one.

Full-day: Diagnose + Draft A diagnostic session, plus a working draft of core positioning and messaging your team builds together in the room. You leave with a starting point, not just a list of problems.

Two-day: Diagnose, Draft, Align Adds a leadership and cross-functional alignment session on day two, where the group pressure-tests the draft narrative and commits to how it gets used in sales, marketing, and external communication.

Who this is for

  • Teams who suspect the disconnect is about alignment more than research

  • Companies who want their own people building the narrative, with facilitation, rather than receiving one from outside

  • Organizations preparing for a leadership offsite, planning cycle, or internal reset

What you get

Pre-workshop stakeholder interviews, a live facilitated session (in person or remote), working documentation of everything decided in the room, and a short follow-up summary.
