GTM Strategy Consulting
Build a strategy you can actually active
For companies whose go-to-market problems run deeper than messaging: a misaligned team, an ICP nobody agrees on, or a strategy that hasn't been revisited since the product looked completely different. This isn't a one-day deliverable. It's a structured engagement built to diagnose the real problem, rebuild the narrative with your team, and get it working across the organization.
Who this is for
Companies with multiple stakeholders who need to be involved: sales leadership, product, and the executive team, not just marketing
Previous positioning attempts that haven't stuck because the people outside marketing were never part of building them
A repositioning, new market entry, or post-M&A integration that touches more than one team
Leaders who want a partner to do the research and run the process, not hand over a template
The three phases
Phase 1: Discovery
Stakeholder interviews across sales, marketing, product, and leadership. Customer and win/loss interviews. Competitive research. A full review of existing materials, sales calls, and market data. The goal is to surface the real state of the business, not the version in the deck.
Phase 2: Synthesis
Positioning statement options, ICP and segmentation, a competitive differentiation map, and a messaging framework, developed with client input and pressure-tested against what discovery actually found. Working sessions with your core stakeholders, not a finished document dropped on your desk.
Phase 3: Alignment-focused rollout
This is where most engagements stop short. We don't hand off a document and leave. Phase 3 includes cross-functional workshops with sales, marketing, and leadership to build the narrative into real materials, sales enablement and training, a rollout sequence (what changes first: website, deck, or sales materials, and why), and a plan for tracking whether the new strategy is actually working.
What you get
A full narrative package (positioning statement, ICP, differentiation map, messaging framework, rollout plan), stakeholder alignment sessions, sales enablement materials, and a walkthrough of the full narrative and the reasoning behind it.
Timeline and engagement
Scoped individually based on organization size and stakeholder availability. Most engagements run 4-6 weeks from kick-off to final deliverables. We take on a limited number of consulting engagements at a time so each one gets full attention.
Consulting engagements are scoped individually. Please get in touch if you are interested in working together.
